Online products are checked every minute

During active monitoring periods, Live Metals checks supported Costco online products every minute. After hours, checks slow down when frequent updates are less useful.

  • Each check records the product price, stock state, and time observed.
  • Frequent checks make short availability windows easier to see.

Warehouse inventory is refreshed throughout the day

Scheduled warehouse sweeps run roughly every three hours across covered Costco locations. Members can also request up to two on-demand warehouse inventory checks per day when a scheduled result is not recent enough for a decision.

  • Every warehouse is treated as its own monitored target rather than one national stock flag.
  • Scheduled and on-demand refreshes each show when inventory was last checked.

Each observation becomes useful history.

Each successful check is added to a product timeline. Live Metals uses that history to show price movement, stock changes, warehouse activity, and when a member alert would have fired.

  • Alerts can respond to stock changes or the profit conditions a member chooses.
  • Built-in safeguards help prevent repeated or unreliable alerts.
  • Live Preview shows how an alert would have performed over the previous 48 hours.
